Tom Tardio, formerly the Chief Executive Officer for Rogers & Cowan, a position he has held for most of the 28 years he has been with the agency, has developed a strong reputation in the converging fields of technology, entertainment and consumer marketing. Mr. Tardio also served as the President of Global Entertainment & Sports Marketing for Weber Shandwick Worldwide, and previously played a major role in the development of strategic plans for Columbia Pictures and Coca Cola Telecommunications that resulted in the acquisition of new entertainment business ventures and Co-financing arrangements with the Wall Street Community. During his tenure with Columbia, Mr. Tardio served in various capacities in its motion picture, television, corporate finance and operational areas. Additionally, in his career he played an instrumental role in providing senior strategic counsel to brands such as Rdio, Microsoft, Myspace, Avon, Coca-Cola, Kraft, Nabisco, BMW, and Texas Instruments, among many others.

During Mr. Jones's tenure, he transformed the Geac business with two large public-company acquisitions and built an innovative and market-leading business intelligence software enterprise focused on the financial value chain. On October 1, 2001, the Wall Street Journal named Geac the number one performing global stock. In 2004, Mr. Jones was named on the top 10 list of CEOs in Canada and, in 2005, was recognized on the top 25 list of CEOs in Canada by Canada's National Post newspaper.
