    Socialtext & Newsgator webinar

    Yesterday, Socialtext with its partner Newsgator hosted a webinar discussing how organizations are incorporating Web 2.0 technologies, like RSS, blogs and wikis into the workplace. I had the pleasure of working with Todd Berkowitz, Newsgator’s Director of Marketing on this event. We had an amazing showing – over 500 pre-registered attendees with over 200 on the live event!

    In the webinar, Todd and I focused on common use-cases where these tools are being used by organizations from a variety of industries to improve business efficiency, provide a competitive advantage and stimulate innovation. Increasingly, organizations are finding that RSS, blogs and wikis are changing the game – moving information away from the email inbox – and providing employees, partners and customers with more flexibility for how they access, share and collaborate on valuable information.
