The official announcement crossed the wire at 9am EST today announcing Eugene Lee joining Socialtext as the new CEO. As part of the news, Socialtext also announced the closing of a $9.5 million Series-C round from existing investors led by Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ), as well as Socialtext's recent strong position in the Gartner "Magic Quadrant for Team Collaboration & Social Software."
