		<description>&lt;p&gt;The scavenger hunt kick-off meeting is a great idea. Integrating knowledge sharing and learning activities into existing workflows seems to be the prevailing opinion in how to make knowledge management work. However, something I don;t see written about a lot is that even then, there is a lot of upfront resistance to using new technology. So it really becomes a selling strategy, how to convince your organization, en mass, that your collaboration workspace really in fact is useful, and not an online library.&lt;/p&gt;
