    Meet Melissa Nicolas, Socialtext’s latest new hire!

    Part of what’s great about Socialtext is that it allows you to learn so much about your peers through the signals stream, personal profiles and collaboration –  often things that you only learn over an after work get together.

    If you’ve noticed, we are on a hiring spree and are excited to build out our customer support team so that we can continue to provide gold level service. In the spirit of learning more about our peers and sharing a slice of who they are with you, we are committed to highlighting our new hires in our blog.  Melissa has already become a valued new member of our team as a Support Engineer and we look forward to her continued contributions and success!

    What were you doing prior to joining Socialtext?

    Prior to joining Socialtext, I was working for Space Systems Loral as a Technical Support team member for their IT department.

    What will you be doing for Socialtext?

    I will be part of the Support Engineering team.

    What are three words you would use to describe yourself?

    Adventurous, positive and enthusiastic.

    What do you do in your free time?

    Hiking, traveling and I collect Anime.

    What’s has been the most fun moment of working for Socialtext so far?

    The most fun moment in working with Socialtext so far is feeling the energy that the team brings to the table. Everyone is excited and focused on making Socialtext the top Social Software platform and I’m very honored to be part of a great team.
