We’re very excited to announce the appointment of three new members to our Board of Directors: Robert Schilling, Mike Lewis, and Tom Tardio. Their strong leadership experience and expertise in their individual fields align perfectly with Socialtext’s growth plan for the future.
Mr. Schilling, currently the CEO of Space-Time Insight, adds over twenty years of executive leadership at companies including, SAP, Oracle Corporation, and Siebel Systems, to the Board. He has held roles across many departments, from sales to senior management, and will bring his customer focus and product development insights.
Mr. Lewis is the current CMO at Peoplefluent. His social marketing expertise and extensive experience in the software industry will add to Socialtext’s market growth and positioning initiatives.
Mr. Tardio is the current CEO of Rogers & Cowan and will offer the Board his in-depth understanding of the intersecting technology and consumer trends and leadership experience, to help shape Socialtext’s strategic direction.
