Pricing

Socialtext pricing starts at $5,000 per year, for 50 employees in our hosted model. In our on-premise model, pricing starts at $15,000 per year.

Our pricing structure is based on the number of employees in your company using Socialtext (paid seats). Because we believe that your benefits from using Socialtext are the greatest when everybody in your company is connected, we apply discounts as you buy seats for more or all of your employees. Please contact our Sales team, and we'll be happy to discuss your specific needs and provide you with a custom quote.

Pricing includes all Socialtext features and automatic access to all system and feature upgrades. Because Socialtext is provided as a Software-as-a-Service, you can be sure to always run on the latest version, without being charged extra or having to manage packages or feature sets. Only features provided through third parties, such as Socialtext 360, are not automatically included, but will be factored in when you discuss your custom quote with our Sales team.

Our world-class Customer Success team manage your deployment and will always be by your side for any questions, comments, and feedback you might have. If you have custom integration or specific service requirements, please also mention them to our Sales team and those services can be reflected in your quote where applicable.

Our pricing is scalable and customizable to meet your needs, with our smaller customers being companies with 50 employees and our largest customer using Socialtext for over 120,000 employees.
